By commissioning me, you are deemed to have understood and accepted Terms of Service. Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me on twitter.
As the artist, I hold every right to the commissioned work, not the commissioner, including, but not limited to, the right to use the commissioned work for advertisement and the right to work on the commissioned work on live stream.
Do not use the commissioned work without proper and visible credits to me (twitter).
Do not use the commissioned work for commercial purposes, except those commissioned as Twitch emotes.
Do not reproduce the commissioned piece for merchandise such as prints and t-shirts.
I hold the right not to accept your commission due to lack of my skills as I never want to deliver something that I am not satisfied with.
Updates on the commission progress will be provided twice: sketch and base colour. Once the commissioner approves the sketch, no major change to the commissioned work can be accepted.
The full payment must be done through Ko-fi once the sketch is approved by the commissioner.
